Auto Opt-In - ElleX MeridianLink Integration

ElleX allows your Financial Institution to opt your member in for Elle Conversations and RPAs with just one-click. 

When working on an application simply click on the ElleX chat bubble (make sure you are at the Applicant Info" tab within the application view):

As soon as you click on the ElleX chat bubble, the Member will be opted-in for Elle SMS. You can start interacting with the Member from this point forward:

If you try to opt-in a Member while in a tab other than "Applicant Info" you will see this within ElleX:

If this is the case, just close ElleX then go back to the "Applicant Info" tab and open ElleX, the Member will get automatically opted-in:
