Member Conversations AutoLink - ElleX MeridianLink Integration

ElleX Enterprise integrates with MeridianLink's Consumer to allow your team members having easy access to your Member specific Elle conversation within your MeridianLink Consumer platform.

With one-click only your teams will start interacting with the Member within the application right in front of your MeridianLink Consumer platform. 

To login to ElleX simply click on the ElleX chat bubble located in the lower right-hand-side corner of the screen:

Click on "sign-in", you will be redirected to another tab (for Edge browser, please open another tab and go to http://elleapp.shastic.com/ and log in using your Elle credentials):

SIgn in using your Elle username and password:

And you're all set!

When working on an application click on the ElleX chat bubble, it will display the Member Elle conversation. You can start interacting via Elle SMS from here:
