Elle agents manually opt members in using the manual opt-in feature. As soon as the agent completes the form a new conversation will be created in the Elle platform and agents -members can start interacting with each other through the Elle enterprise platform:

 Elle conversation chat box is open for agents to start a conversation. The below example shows a conversation where a member was opted in through this feature and the agent start the conversation generating and sending the initial message manually. Canned responses can also be used to send the initial message.
