Elle Advanced Search Feature

Elle gives you the ability to search for specific conversations using different Elle Advanced Search Features. You can look up using a basic search or using a combination of different fields to give you a range or group of conversations.

Basic Search

Search by name or cell number of member.

Advanced Search

Search by name or cell number of member.

Last Active Agent 

Use the drop-down to choose the last agent conversations.

Journey

Use drop-down for conversations within a specific Journey.

Search by Date

Start Date - Search for any conversations started after the date chosen.

Start and End Date - All conversations started within the selected time frame.
