To trigger your Elle Canned Responses you just need to simply click on the chat bubble icon which is located below the chat box in your Elle Conversations dashboard:
Select the Canned Response that you would like to reply to the member and click “Send Message”:
This feature allows you to reply to your members in a more effective way to the most commonly asked questions.
Admin users have the ability to add, edit and remove canned responses, click here to know how to update these in your Elle Admin Dashboard. You can also contact your Shastic's Account Manager and/or send an email to email@example.com for further assistance.
