ElleX is linked directly with your Elle Platform, which means that it syncs your login process. Once you are logged into your Elle Platform, ElleX gets automatically synced and ready to use.
Follow these steps if any of your team members faces the following issue when using the ElleX:
To start troubleshooting please make sure you're using LoansPQ inside a Chrome browser.
In addition, make sure you are not using a Chrome Incognito Window.
If the issue persists, please follow the next steps:
- Open your Chrome settings:
- Type “incognito” in the search bar, then select “Cookies and other side data":
- Enter [*.]shastic.com and check the option "All cookies, on this site only":
- Click on "Add":
