Chimera Automation (RPA) Setup with your MeridianLink

With Chimera, your members and customers can now receive automated text message notifications when a loan application changes status or certain stipulations are added inside MeridianLink. 

Chimera connects to your MeridianLink LoansPQ Portal and provides real-time status updates anytime an application gets APPROVED, certain documents need to be requested or the loan or new account is FUNDED.

Prior to connecting Chimera and MeridianLink, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Create an 'elle' user within both your demo (test) and production LoansPQ environments.
2. Save both demo (test) and production user credentials into the 'MeridianLink Setup' tab of your Shastic Admin Dashboard.

Create an 'elle' user within both your demo (test) and production LoansPQ environments configured with 'Processor' access level.

Please use the following login (username) and email for each individual LoansPQ user account, however please be sure to set different secret answers and passwords for each account:

Live (production) LoansPQ

• Production Login: elle_prod
• Production Email: [e-mail]
• Production Secret Answer 1: (defined by you)
• Production Secret Answer 2: (defined by you)
• Production Password: (defined by you)

Demo (test) LoansPQ

• Demo Login: elle_demo
• Demo Email: [e-mail]
• Demo Secret Answer 1: (defined by you)
• Demo Secret Answer 2: (defined by you)
• Demo Password: (defined by you)

Please be sure to configure both demo and live LoansPQ user accounts with 'Processor' access level.

Please note: It's important that both users as configured as 'processors' in order for Chimera not to disrupt your lending workflow.

Please note: The Shastic implementation team needs the ability to trigger certain actions through your Demo/Test Chimera for the purpose of testing or diagnosing certain automation flows. 

2. Save your 'elle' user credentials (demo and production) into your Shastic Admin Dashboard. 

Log into your Elle Admin Dashboard and click on the 'Organization' link located on the top-right corner of your screen.

Navigate to your 'MeridianLink Setup' section.

Please note: Both LoansPQ Demo/Test and Live/Production sites need to mirror the same set of "Loan Statuses" available.

For the Test Credentials section, please enter the URL to your LoansPQ DEMO/TEST site, Username (elle_demo), secret answers and password. (Share these credentials with your Shastic's Account Manager).

Repeat the same process for the Production Credentials section using the credentials you created for your LoansPQ Live/Production site. 

Once these steps are completed, notify us to finalize testing, review, and schedule your launch date.
