Best Practice for Opt-In Consent and Updating the Disclaimer

To fully comply with TCPA rules and regulations, the Elle pop-up consent disclaimer is set to default to the following verbiage:

Shastic's default standard verbiage:

"I agree to be contacted by %organization% via phone/text through my mobile number about application and account-related services"

However, this default disclaimer can be adapted based on your organization's needs. To update the disclaimer, go to your Elle Elite Admin Portal and select the "Journeys" tab:

Select the "Journey" where you want to update the consent disclaimer:

Next, select "User Consent":

In the "User Consent" section, scroll down to the "Consent" field. Here, you can update the consent disclaimer verbiage:

Once you have completed updating the consent verbiage, click ‘Save’ to keep your changes. You should see a message confirming that the changes have successfully been made:

 

* Note: Changes will reflect in your Elle Pop-up within 24 hours after the configuration was completed.
