If you need to reset your password to the Elle Platform, simply follow the steps below to have your password reset:
1. Go to the Elle App website: http://elleapp.shastic.com/
2. Click on the "forgot your password" section located below the Sign In button:
3. Enter your email address (Elle UserName) in the "Forgot your Password" screen and click on "Send me reset password instructions":
4. The following message will appear on your screen:
5. You will receive an Email from Elle with a link to reset your password:
6. Click on the "Change my password" link, it will take you to this screen:
7. Once you enter your new password, click on "Change my password". You will be redirected to your Elle Conversations dashboard.
You're all set with your new password!
