Elle Elite Admin Dashboard is designed to help Financial Institutions:
- Create new agents
- Update your automatic responses "Utterances"
- Update your Business Hours and Holidays
- Update your Email Notifications "Dark Period"
- Create New Journeys
Create New Agents
Administrators can create new agents:
1. To create a new agent, go to your Elle Elite Admin dashboard and click on the "Agents" tab:
2. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Agent":
3. Fill out the Name, Email, Agent Type and Password for your new agent:
4. Click on "Save"
5. Once the user account has been created on the platform, please have the new user log in to the Elle platform elleapp.shastic.com to have the user activated. After this is completed you can now assign the new user to any of the Elle Journeys. Click here to get the steps to assign agents to your Elle journeys.
Update your Automatic Responses "Utterances"
1. To update your automatic responses, go to your Elle Elite Admin dashboard and click on the Elle AI tab:
2. You will be redirected to the Utterances page:
3. Select the Utterance that you want to modify, update the automatic message with the verbiage of your choice and click on "Save":
4. If the utterance is newly created, please inform Shastic at support@shastic.com to activate the utterances as a canned response.
Update your Business Hours and Holidays
1. To update your Business Hours and/or Holidays go to your Elle Elite Admin dashboard and click on the "Business Hours" tab:
2. Make the updates needed into each one of the working days of your organization and click on "Save":
3. To update, add or remove a Holiday, go to the bottom of the page, make the updates and click on "Save":
Update your Email Notifications "Dark Period"

Create New Journeys
