Monthly Reports: What is the difference between Messaged by Agent and Recaptured by Elle?

Messaged by Agent

This includes all completed applications, where the Agent sent a text message to the applicant using the Elle platform, and this applicant then goes on to complete an application. The Messaged by Agent results is a percentage of the overall completed applications each month. 

Recaptured by Elle (Automation)

An application is recaptured when an automatic re-engagement SMS was sent to the applicant, and this applicant then goes on to complete an application. The Recaptured by Elle results is a numerical value and a portion of the overall completed applications each month. 

A completed application can be both messaged by an agent and recaptured using Elle automation.
