The Elle Elite platform has the ability to forward and re-assign conversations to the appropriate department.
For example, an applicant may start an Elle conversation after applying for a Consumer Loan. However, this applicant might then have a member-related question that would then need to be sent to the Membership Services team.
With Elle Elite, you can now forward conversations from one journey to another using the new Forward button on the Elle platform.
In the conversation screen, you will see a blue button labeled "Forward".
To forward a conversation, click the Forward button inside the conversation screen. From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate journey where the conversation needs to be sent.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you want to forward the conversation. If you would like to proceed click on "OK", otherwise click on "Cancel".
The Elle conversation will now appear under the selected journey and a notification email will be sent to the agents assigned to that journey for follow up.
Once the conversation has been forwarded, only the agents assigned to the journey of the forwarded conversation will receive email notifications for this particular conversation.
