Elle Elite Journeys Configuration

Elle Elite Journeys Self Service is designed to help Financial Institutions:

• Create new Elle Elite Journeys.
• Assign Agents amongst different Elle Journeys.
• Personalize your Elle Elite pop-up window, including your Opt-In Disclaimer.

Create a New Journey

Administrators can now create a new Elle Elite Journey in the Elle platform.

1. To create a new Elle Elite Journey, click on the New Journey button on your dashboard:

2. Next, fill out each section in the 'Basics' tab in steps A-C below:

A. Type & Utterance Key

Select the "Type" of Journey and "Utterance" assigned to the specific Elle Elite Journey that you want to create, please use the table below as a reference:

Type of Journey	Journey Description	Journey Utterance
1. Apply	To apply for products and services	utter_button_apply
2. Chat	To talk about general topics	utter_button_chat
3. New Member	To join the financial institution	utter_button_new_member
4. Mortgage	For Real Estate products and services	utter_button_mortgage

B. Tracking Provider

If your LOS (Loan Origination System) is MeridianLink, select it from the drop-down menu, if any other select "Shastic":

C. Delay (minutes)

Please enter the number of minutes after you want the "Automated Message" to be sent to the applicant/member"

Click on the "Save" button at the top of the page, and you are all set. You can now start assigning Agents to your new Elle Elite Journey.

Assigned Agents 

The "Assigned Agents" tab provides Administrators the ability to switch, remove or add active Agents from one Journey to another. Simply select the journey where you want to make the changes in:

In the following screen you can add or remove Agents to the selected Elle Elite Journey:

Once you have completed the assignments, click on the "Save" button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Personalize Your Elle Elite Pop-Up Window

In your dashboard, select the Elle Elite Journey you would like to personalize:

Click on the User Consent tab:

You will see a copy of the current information displayed in your Elle Elite Journey Pop-Up:

You can update each section by scrolling down and editing the content for the Elle Elite Pop-Up:

Click on "Save" at the top of the page, and your changes will be reflected instantly:

Acknowledgement

To update your Elle Elite Journey Pop-Up acknowledgement message, select that option on your dashboard:

You can update your Elle Elite Journey "Thank you" message and also the wording on your "Close" button. Just click on "Save" once you have completed the updates and the changes will be reflected in your Elle Elite Journey.
