Elle Elite Dashboard

Access your Elle Dashboard to see your conversations history. The Dashboard provides a summary of all text message conversations. This includes the person's name, the latest message exchanged, delivery timestamp, location, the Elle Journey, and the Stage where the person is at in the application.

With tracking capabilities activated, you will quickly be able to see the stage each applicant is currently at when viewing the Dashboard.

Inside each Elle text messaging conversation, you will have access to the prospect’s contact information, application tracking history, the applicant's stage with a timestamp, and conversation history.

Financial Institutions leverage this real-time tracking data in several ways. For example, having the time stamp recorded for each stage helps you:

• Understand where applicants get stuck or abandon the application. 
• Determine how long it takes each applicant to complete your application. 
• Provide more personalized communication that results in more loans funded and more accounts opened!
