If you get the following error when saving the changes to the rate scraper:
Scraper rate couldn't be grabbed ["..."]
There might be an error with the XPath's you are using. To verify this go to the web page where the rates are getting grabbed from:
Open the source code of the page (ctrl+u) or right-click > 'View page source':
Find the first element of your XPath within the source code of the page:
Tip: You can use 'CTRL + F'.
Verify that all the sub-nodes in your XPath are present in the HTML source code:
Tip: If there is an after an element it means you have to look for the second opening element of that type and confirm it is present in the source code.
Note: If you are having trouble identifying the XPath element components and structure please refer to this article HTML Elements, Tags and Structure.
In this example, the XPath element 'tbody' is not present in the source code:
Go ahead and manually remove that element from the XPath, then copy and paste it into the configuration textbox in your bot's rates section:
Once you have updated all XPath expressions click 'Save'.
You should get a notification that the changes have been made successfully.
If you continue to get the same error, go back and review the structure of your XPath carefully, then compare it with the HTML source code of the page again paying special attention to making sure you identify every element indicated by your XPath within the page source code.
