You can add a personalized trigger journey to your website with a redirect to your membership application.
Feel free to use any verbiage and style for the journey that works well on your website. Your CMS system might have a standard style for the journey. You can go ahead and use it.
Or, you can use Shastic's journey if you want. Here is the code.

Step 1
Edit the href="#"
and replace 'membership-application'
with the actual URL of the page where your prospects should be redirected to.
Step 2
Replace Elle-button-id
with the journey ID that you received from Shastic. The journey id will start with "ebtn_...". The journey codes will be provided to you by a member of the Shastic Customer Success team during your implementation. If you don't have them please ask! Each journey has a unique ID, so make sure you use the 'New Membership' ID for all of your 'Membership 'journeys.
If you used your own code for the journey, add the HTML attribute data-elle-button="Elle-button-id"
first to trigger the conversation Elle pop-up window. Then, replace Elle-button-id
with the journey ID.
Step 3
If you used your own code for the journey, add the HTML attribute data-toggle="elle"
Pro Tip: You can request multiple Elle journeys for different scenarios, such as 'Chat with Us', 'Apply Now' or 'Ask us a Question'. This allows you to have specific verbiage on your journeys and pop-up windows based on each different scenario. To learn more contact your Shastic representative.
Voila! You are done. Click the Button on your website to make sure that the pop-up window appears upon clicking.
Your prospects now can reach out to you via a text message.
After the prospects fill in the form they will be redirected to the membership application.
And your prospect will receive a text message.
