To get started, follow the next steps:
1. Shastic will verify that your Financial Institution has Matomo Tracking with MeridianLink.
2. Grant Shastic access to MeridianLink for tracking.
Please open a support ticket with your LoansPQ support team including the following template (you can send a copy of the case ID to Luis Trejo (ltrejo@shastic.com) and Amy Davis (adavis@shastic.com) for follow up):
Subject: Matomo Tracking Request

Dear MeridianLink Specialists,
We’d like to request that you please add VIEW access for Joseariel@shastic.com under our Application Portal website for Matomo Tracking.
If our organization is not currently set up with Matomo, please add a new Matomo account and include Shastic.

3. Once permission is granted and verified, MeridianLink will implement analytics into your MeridianLink system.
4. Shastic will then initiate the setup and configuration process within the institution’s Shastic platforms.
5. Testing will be coordinated across all parties involved to complete the configuration and setup of your Shastic and MeridianLink integration.
