I'm using Internet Explorer and Elle isn't show my messages! What do I do?

Are you using Internet Explorer? Does Elle look like this when you want to reply to messages?

If so, here is how to fix the issue!

• Go to Internet Explorer and click on the gear icon right below the close button. Select the "Safety" option, then click "delete browsing history".

• Make sure to select the correct checkmarks as shown in the next image. then click "Delete".
