How to enable Elle's real time message updates?

Security is very important to us, and we encourage our partners to take all the necessary precautions to make sure that their system is properly protected.

However, some firewalls are overzealous and try to block something that is not harmful in any way.

Follow these steps to make sure your team is able to receive real-time updates everytime a new message arrives.

Ask your IT team to add an IP exemption on your institution's Firewall Web Filter. For example in the case of Barracuda, you can do that under the Block/Accept tab.

You need to allow any address (0.0.0.0, 0.0.0.0) to elleapp.shastic.com (52.7.222.254, 255.255.255.255).
