You can add a personalized trigger button to your Website anywhere you want. For example, a "Learn more" button on your main page.
Feel free to use any verbiage and style for the button that works well on your website. "Chat with us" or "Text us" buttons can be a great way to start a conversation with a prospect.
Your CMS system might have a standard style for the button. You can go ahead and use it.
Or, you can use Shastic's button if you want. Here is the code.

Step 1
Replace Elle-button-id
with the button ID that you received from Shastic. The button id will start with "ebtn_...". The button codes will be provided to you by a member of the Shastic Customer Success team during your implementation. If you don't have them please ask! Each journey has a unique ID, so make sure you use the 'Chat With Us' ID for all of your 'Chat With Us' buttons.
If you used your own code for the button, add the HTML attribute data-elle-button="Elle-button-id"
first to trigger the conversation Elle pop-up window. Then, Replace Elle-button-id
with the button ID.
Step 2
If you used your own code for the button, add the HTML attribute data-toggle="elle"
Pro Tip: You can request multiple Elle Button for different scenarios, such as 'Chat with Us', 'Apply Now' or 'Ask us a Question'. This allows you to have specific verbiage on your buttons and pop-up windows based on each different scenario. To learn more contact your Shastic representative.
Voila! You are done. Click the Button on your website to make sure that the pop-up window appears upon clicking.
Since you don't want to redirect your prospects anywhere they will see a 'Thank you message' on the same page.
You can customize the verbiage of the 'Thank you message' with your custom verbiage.
And your prospect will receive a text message. Replying to this text message, your prospects now can reach out to you via a text message.
