Shastic follows accessibility guidelines and best-practices.
We are constantly running diagnostics to make sure your Shastic tools are accessible for people with disabilities.
We constantly run technical, and accessibility tests on your Bots to ensure they stay compliant with ADA guidelines. Because these changes are systemwide, they take effect immediately for all of our partners.
We used several tools from different providers to verify that there are no accessibility problems with your Shastic Bots.
- AChecker
- PowerMapper
All of these services report not finding any problems related to accessibility. Your Shastic Bots have the AA level of ADA Compliance.
Our research indicates there’s no single authority that can verify ADA compliance. It is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the ability of a person with disabilities to access the content on a site/app, which is hard for an online verification service to truly reproduce.
In an effort to be thorough and make sure you are shielded against any complaint related to compliance, we encourage every partner to run an internal diagnosis of their website including our tools and share any aspects of them that may create accessibility obstacles.
We will be happy to review your suggestions to maintain the platform accessible to people with disabilities.
Contact us at contact[at]shastic[dot]com if you have any further feedback or find anything that you deem important for accessibility.
