Go to your Dashboard and choose the Bot you want to configure and press the 'Settings' icon.
You will be forwarded to the Configurations Menu. Here you need to press 'Sections' Icon. It opens a Drop down menu where you can configure your Bot. Click 'Notifications'
Lead notifications will alert your staff that a new prospect has just submitted his or her contact information after completing an estimation. You should configure the notification emails so that the right people at your institution can follow up accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to funnel incoming prospects to members of your staff that can follow up quickly after receiving a notification. Based on industry research, your chances of converting a prospect into a funded loan increase by up to 400% if you can follow up with them within a few minutes after they become interested (i.e. submit their contact information to you).
Also, according to The Financial Brand, over 64% of all loan applicants abandon the process before completing it. It’s very important that you follow up with prospects to ensure that no one falls through the cracks and no question is left unanswered.
To enter the emails, please, use only space and commas to separate multiple emails. Do not use new lines (ENTER).
