Website Opt-In

• Member initiates the conversation
• The welcome message is automatically sent to the Member
• Initial Email Notifications are sent to all users within the Journey. Then individual notifications will be sent based on app management.

Manual Opt-In

• FI initiates the conversation
• Opt-In Consent  message is manually  sent to Member (opt-in button)
• Email Notifications are sent to all members within the Journey

Automatic  Opt-In

• FI initiates the conversation
• Opt-In Consent  message is automatically  sent to Member - including the opt-in link (If needed)
• Email Notifications sent to individual users based on app management
